My "Convict Conditioning" Progress

Yesterday I successfully met the Progression Standard for Step Three of the Convict Conditioning Bodyweight Training Program. It's a great feeling to make progress, even though it doesn't always come as quickly as I'd like. I'm moving on to Step Four, where according to the author, Paul "Coach" Wade, "Things are getting serious now." I'm really looking forward to working my way up through the progressions, and reaping the benefits of this step-by-step training method.
