My "Convict Conditioning" Progress - Diagonal Tuck Clutch

As I said in a previous post, since picking up my copy of "Convict Conditioning 2", I have slowly been integrating the exercises in the new book into my "Convict Conditioning" program. One of the things I was most excited about getting started on was the Human Flag progressions. Not only is it a killer workout for your lateral chain, but it's also one of the coolest things I've ever seen!

I have completed the Progression Standard of holding the Diagonal Split Clutch for 10 seconds. I have now moved on to Step 3, the Diagonal Tuck Clutch, which Al Kavadlo is demonstrating for us in the picture. Things are definitely beginning to get a bit tougher. The soreness between sessions seems to last a little longer, and it's definitely more of a challenge with your leg hanging out to the side. It's a great feeling to be progressing, though. Like I said before, I am SO looking forward to the day when I can hold a full Human Flag!

If any of you are working on the Human Flag, drop a comment, or email me and let me know how you're progressing. If not, what are you waiting for? Get your copies of  "Convict Conditioning" and "Convict Conditioning 2" today, and GET BUSY!
