A previously unseen section from the world's oldest Bible, the Codex Sinaiticus, has been discovered in St. Catherine's Monastery in Egypt. British-based academic Nikolas Sarris found the fragment, believed to be the beginning of Joshua, underneath the binding of an 18th-century book while searching through photographs of manuscripts. Father Justin, the monastery's librarian, said they would use scanners to find out how much of the fragment is under the newerbook binding. More at The Independent.
